LinkHer has entered its second year with a summer event hosted on the terrace of Citi Germany. Under the theme "Redefining Value in an Intelligent World," women from across the financial sector came together to discuss value, identity, and leadership in an increasingly AI-driven world.
The event centred on the question: Who do we become when machines think?
Together with Tanja Dreilich, an experienced C-level executive, CFO, CEO, and supervisory board member, participants explored how professional roles, personal development, and leadership are evolving as intelligent technologies become increasingly integrated into decision-making and everyday working life.
Perspectives on value, identity, and leadership
In her keynote address, Tanja Dreilich examined how Artificial General Intelligence and emerging technologies are reshaping our understanding of value. Rather than relying solely on technical expertise, future success will increasingly depend on continuous learning, trusted relationships, and responsible governance.
The keynote was followed by an interactive Q&A session, which highlighted the strong interest in these topics. Questions on personal development, leadership, and responsibility in an intelligent working environment led to an open and thought-provoking discussion.
Networking on the Citi terrace
After the keynote, the programme continued with networking and informal discussions. The terrace of Citi Germany provided an ideal setting for the exchange of ideas in a relaxed summer atmosphere, offering participants the opportunity to build new connections and broaden their perspectives.
This personal exchange is a defining element of LinkHer. The network brings together women from across the financial sector to learn from one another, share experiences, and support each other in their professional development.
We would like to thank Citi Germany for hosting the event and Vivien Woodson for the excellent organisation.
LinkHer continues to grow
The start of its second year marks another milestone for LinkHer. The network has developed into an inspiring platform that encourages open dialogue on the issues shaping women in finance and the financial sector as a whole.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Silvia Carpitella, whose dedication and commitment have made a valuable contribution to the Bankenverband Mitte network. We wish her every success and all the best for the next stage of her professional and personal journey.
As LinkHer enters its second year, it will continue to create opportunities for dialogue, inspiration, and shared growth. With curiosity, openness, and the aim of strengthening connections among women in the financial sector.
