LinkHer Christmas Special – Vision 2026

To close the year, the LinkHer network came together one more time - in a setting as special as the event itself. Hosted at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG, women from across the financial sector gathered to reflect on the past year and shape their personal and professional vision for 2026.

Values as the Foundation for Professional Clarity

The evening was facilitated by Bjarne Wosnitza, who guided participants through a structured yet creative process.
At the heart of the workshop was a central question: Which values truly guide me - and how do they influence my professional decisions?

Authenticity, courage, balance, creativity, trust or ambition - each participant identified the values that will play a decisive role in their journey through 2026. It quickly became evident how powerful it can be to articulate these values, share them and consciously integrate them into future decision-making.

Vision Board Workshop: From Reflection to Visualization

In the following Vision Board Workshop, these insights took visual shape. Using images, symbols and words, participants created their personal Vision Board for 2026 - a visual guide that provides orientation and strengthens their focus.

This creative process showed how closely clarity, intuition and shared reflection are connected. Many used the evening to refine their goals, rethink priorities and step confidently into the new year.

Community, Exchange & Support

What has defined the LinkHer network from the beginning was once again evident that evening: a space in which women support each other, speak openly about challenges, share experiences and learn from one another.

Discussions ranged from career development and personal growth to current topics in the financial sector - always shaped by mutual appreciation and the willingness to empower one another.

LinkHer Looks Ahead

The Christmas Special marked the end of LinkHer's first year - a year in which we organized three successful events, brought together women from the financial sector, and created a strong sense of exchange, inspiration, and networking.

2026 is already in the starting blocks - with new formats, fresh ideas, and more great partners who will work with us to further strengthen the LinkHer community.

We look forward to building on this success in the coming year, putting new topics on the agenda, and creating even more space for encounters, exchange, and professional growth.
